Team Spirit Leadership Training Conference

Team Spirit is a program designed to empower youth to take an active role in promoting safe driving habits, preventing alcohol and other drug use and the impaired driving that accompanies such use.

Training conferences are held each year in Cape Girardeau, Columbia and Kansas City, Missouri. Almost 200 area high school students and their advisors complete the three-day high-energy training each summer.
